Utilisation strategies

You are here

Most successful research groups have established some form of research strategy regarding which research areas they focus on, what journals they intend to publish in, or which conferences they choose to participate at.

In the same way, decisions regarding what should be utilized and how, who they should collaborate with, which intellectual assets that should be verified, etc. much easier if the research group also has developed a utilisation strategy.

The Innovation Office has several tools that can be useful when you want to develop a utilization strategy. We also hold workshops where we jointly discuss and develop the concepts that are important, which audiences you want to reach, which the innovation processes that may be appropriate, what effects you want to achieve - given your specific research area and needs.
